Optional items you may include in your training courses:

• Organization’s logo [SVG or JPG]

• A text, audio, or video message from someone in your organization (e.g., CEO, Chief Security Officer) Include an .mp3 file for voiceover, an .mp4 file for video, a .jpg for photo, and/or text for a written message. Be sure to include full name and title of any people and a preferred slide title.

• QR Code for your organization’s workplace violence prevention plan [SVG or JPG]

Once we have received all the customization information and files, we’ll get to work!

After we incorporate your information into your selected training program, we will send an Alpha Test preview file to verify the training is to your liking and that the customization is correct.

Next, we’ll dispatch the training to your Learning Management System (LMS) administrator and conduct a Beta Test to ensure everything will run smoothly for your users.
